I’m Ryan. An LMT moving to Capitol Hill from Yakima’s highest rated spinal rehab center.
I consider myself a deep tissue - acute injury and chronic pain specialist. I spend most massages in the 4-5 (out of 5) range of the pressure scale. Expect soreness as we tear apart those muscle fibers! I maintain a deep and slow movement through the complexes that attribute to your described pains to achieve that “hurts so good” pain relief. I highly value educating clients so they can continue their healing process at home. You leave my table feeling better, and knowing more!
